Hi, I'm Nikki - an accredited leadership coach

I work with Heads and Directors as they bring their teams on a transformation journey, strengthening their ways of working, engagement and performance as they go.

​

To do this, I spend time focusing on your specific context.  Your role, expectations, priorities - how these compare to those you work with, and fit into the bigger picture of their your culture and strategy.  I keep hold of your overarching goals even as we dive into the detail of moments that matter, looking at these from different angles to find insights and creative solutions. 

​

In my career I've been fortunate to work in-house developing talent at Burberry, BT, Pret A Manger, London Stock Exchange and Fortnum & Mason, and been an external partner to high street retailers, tech start-ups, international charities, logistics companies and media organisations.  

​

But coaching is a skill that requires more than just hands-on experience within companies. I've built my understanding of business psychology with an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, qualified in multiple psychometric tools and honed my capability with a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching.

​

My style is warm and encouraging, whilst holding up a mirror so that you can make connections, recognise assumptions and see multiple perspectives.  Coaching sessions are just as likely to involve objects, images and space in the room, as they are to use direct questions and sharing observations, and are tailored to you and your needs.
