Hi, I'm Nikki - an ICF accredited executive coach
My experience spans multiple industries, geographical and corporate cultures. I've partnered at Exec level to identify leadership behaviours, and design programmes, that meet the needs of the organisation.
I take my own development seriously so I can best serve my clients. I have a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, an MSc in Organisational Behaviour and am certified to use a range of personality and ability psychometric tools.
