Leading change isn't just about having the right strategy. ​

 

More often, it’s about sustaining momentum when pressure, complexity and people dynamics collide — when decisions feel heavier, relationships are stretched, and the responsibility sits squarely with you.​ 

 

That’s where my work begins.

 

​I support senior leaders to lead change that lasts — without burning out themselves or the people around them. Not by adding more to do, but by creating the clarity, confidence and conditions needed for meaningful progress.

HOW I SUPPORT LEADERS

As an executive coach, I work as an external thinking partner to leaders navigating complexity, transformation and growth.  My work is designed to meet you where you are — whether you need focused insight, team alignment, or sustained support through change.

  • A 90-minute 1:1 coaching session using Lumina Spark, designed to create rapid clarity and insight into your leadership style, strengths and impact — often used as a catalyst at key transition points.

Connection Catalyst

  • A full-day team session using Lumina Spark, helping leadership teams strengthen trust, communication and collaboration, and build shared ownership for how they work together as change unfolds.

Turning Point Pathway

  • A 6-month coaching programme for senior leaders leading significant change. This is where we work beyond design and launch — sustaining momentum through implementation, embedding and optimisation, when pressure and complexity are highest.

 

Across all three, the intention is the same: to create clarity, strengthen decision-making, and enable progress that lasts — not just insight that feels good in the moment.

​I stay with you through the messy middle — when priorities shift, resistance shows up, and the real work of change begins. This is where even the strongest strategies can lose traction, and where thoughtful partnership makes the biggest difference.​

 

With 15+ years’ experience supporting leaders and teams through wide-scale change — across sectors including luxury fashion, telecoms, food retail and financial services — I understand the realities of leading in complex systems, not just the theory.​

 

As an external partner, I’m not part of the system you’re operating within. That allows me to:

  • offer perspective when things feel noisy or stuck

  • surface unspoken dynamics and assumptions

  • focus fully on what you need to lead effectively

 

My approach combines hands-on organisational experience with professional rigour, including an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, ICF-accredited executive coaching training, and the use of evidence-based psychometric tools such as Lumina Spark.
