Here's where I come in
I've led my own team, so I know the challenge of meeting objectives, delivering through others, supporting their growth, and having limited resources.
I've also been part of a departmental management team, understanding the pressures the business is under and the impact this has on the people who work there.
As an internal Learning and Talent Partner, my experience spans across multiple industries and cultures. From Burberry to BT; Pret A Manger to the London Stock Exchange and on to Fortnum & Mason.
And an external coach and facilitator, I've helped tech start-ups and luxury retailers, global logistics companies and local decorating firms. I learn about your business, your people, your aspirations - and I help you get there.
One of the core aspects I bring to my coaching is an ability to dynamically respond to my client’s needs whilst keeping hold of their overarching goal.
How we work together
Together we unpick exactly what it is that you want to achieve. Who you want to be as a leader. What motivates you. What strengths you can leverage and what assumptions might hold you back.
We create a vision: an overarching goal to hold on to as you navigate conflicting priorities, office politics and day-to-day struggles that are inherent in adapting to shifting expectations.
We work together to progress towards this goal, deepening your self-awareness, exploring different perspectives and identifying strategies to move you forward. We meet monthly to maintain momentum, either face to face or virtually via Zoom.
At the end of our time together - usually between 3-6 months - we review progress against the goals you set at the beginning and gather feedback from those around you to gain extra input as we reflect on your journey.

I was born in the UAE, brought up in Hong Kong, worked Shanghai for two years and have held regional and global roles partnering across APAC, EMEIA and Americas. I now live in London and can coach clients globally.

To be successful in what I do, I’ve invested heavily in my own professional development. After graduating from Cambridge, I later completed a MSc in Organisational Behaviour and an ICF accredited Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching. I hold psychometric qualifications including Insights Discovery, EQi 2.0, and NEO PI-R. I’m always on the lookout for new ways to learn and grow.
