I'm a London based executive coach, passionate about helping newly appointed leaders find their voice and establish credibility so they can be recognised for making an impact that matters.
You care about your business, your career and the people you work with.
You’re fuelled by passion and purpose. You’re willing to invest in being the best you can be. You believe in what you do and why it matters.
Maybe you deliver on financial targets so you can fund your organisation’s growth ambitions. Perhaps you stand up for the highest safety standards in order to protect customers and colleagues. Or you drive culture change to inspire innovation in sustainability.
You’re excited about this new opportunity…and don’t want to mess it up.
Here's where I come in
As someone who has had their fair share of new starts, both internally and externally, I know what it feels like to be new,
Being able to adapt has been essential for me to succeed and progress at work. When I started my career ten years ago, I spent 6.5 years with my first company. In that time I had six roles, six managers and spent two years working in Shanghai where I had to build a whole new life for myself, as well as start work the day I landed.
I arrived just after the business had bought back the franchise from a local partner and the office doubled in size in a year to over 100 employees. I’ve not only navigated through my own change; I’ve helped organisations with ambitious growth plans develop their future leaders so they are ready to step up to the challenge.
One of the core aspects I bring to my coaching is an ability to dynamically respond to my client’s needs whilst keeping hold of their overarching goal.
How we work together
Together we unpick exactly what it is that you want to achieve in this new role. Who you want to be as a leader. What motivates you. What strengths you can leverage and what assumptions might hold you back.
We create a vision: an overarching goal to hold on to as you navigate conflicting priorities, office politics and day-to-day struggles that are inherent in adapting to new expectations.
We work together to progress towards this goal, deepening your self-awareness, exploring different perspectives and identifying strategies to move you forward. We meet regularly to maintain momentum, either face to face or virtually via FaceTime or a phone call.
At the end of our time together - usually between 3-6 months - we review progress against the goals you set at the beginning and gather feedback from those around you to gain extra input as we reflect on your journey.
WHY SHOULD I BE YOUR COACH?
I’ve spent the last decade developing the careers of individuals at all levels - so I can help you too
Whether it’s setting up future leaders with a comprehensive understanding of the business they've just joined, holding over 100 x 1:1 development conversations with Head Office employees or coaching the next generation of Directors on an exclusive talent programme, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others succeed in theirs.
I’ve worked across multiple industries and countries - so I understand the context you work within
My career has spanned luxury fashion, telecommunications, food retail and financial services within FTSE 100 and privately owned organisations ranging from 5,000 - 100,000 employees around the world.
I have a nuanced appreciation of cross-cultural dynamics - so I can help you navigate international contexts
I was born in the UAE, brought up in Hong Kong, worked Shanghai for two years and have held regional and global roles partnering across APAC, EMEIA and Americas. I now live in London and can coach clients globally.
I have qualifications that are directly relevant to what I do - so I can bring my best self as your coach
To be successful in what I do, I’ve invested heavily in my own professional development. After graduating from Cambridge, I later completed a MSc in Organisational Behaviour and an ICF accredited Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching. I hold psychometric qualifications including Insights Discovery, EQi 2.0, and NEO PI-R. I’m always on the lookout for new ways to learn and grow.
