WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is one of the most personalised forms of development.  It focuses specifically on you - your needs, your situation and your goals.

Coaches help you find your own solutions, rather than giving advice or telling you what to do.  They ask questions, share observations and hold up a mirror so that you can see yourself more clearly.  They may also use a variety of 'creative techniques' to help you approach a challenge from a different angle.

My coaching helps leaders unlock their strengths, understand where pressure can create blind spots, and turn insight into practical action. Across 1:1 coaching and team sessions, the focus is on helping change land without unnecessary friction or burnout.

I bring deep experience in retail and hospitality, alongside advanced coaching and strengths-based tools. My clients are typically Heads and Directors in complex, multi-site environments, supported by HR teams looking for practical, commercially relevant leadership development.

As well as empathy and understanding, I'm professionally qualified with a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and ten years' in-house experience (and counting) helping leaders at all levels succeed in their roles.
