Service Description
Leadership Spark — 90-minute 1:1 session A focused, practical session to help you get change moving again. In this session, we’ll work directly on your current situation — looking at what’s slowing follow-through, how your leadership approach is landing, and what to adjust so things start to move. You’ll leave with: - A clear view of what’s been getting in the way - Insight into how your approach is shaping your team’s response - Practical, specific actions you can apply immediately This is not a generic coaching conversation - it’s a targeted session designed to help you build momentum quickly. No significant preparation needed. Ahead of the session, you’ll complete a short Lumina Spark questionnaire (20–30 minutes) and receive your personalised profile, which we’ll use to focus our conversation.
Cancellation Policy
This service is designed with a built-in reflection window, giving you time to digest your insights before our conversation — so you get maximum value from every minute together. You need to complete your Lumina Spark online questionnaire at least 48 hours before our session so that you can receive your personalised Portrait ahead of our time together.
